You are the only company that produces natural and safe products.  I have researched many, many companies and their products.  So many companies say that they are natural and safe, but then they include questionable ingredients in their products like SLS, parabens, and propylene glycol.  While I am not 100% convinced that these ingredients are unsafe, I have my reservations about them.  I'd rather not use products that contain them.  Good for you for being truly natural and safe.  That means a lot to me, and I am now a loyal customer because of it. A million thank you's to you.  Please, keep up the excellent work and know that you are so very appreciated.

Several months ago, I bought a bottle of your Natureclean Pet Stain Remover at the Canadian Tire Store in Cold Lake, Alberta.  I have several dogs, and over the years I have tried almost every product on the market for carpet stains.  They all require a lot of work and are not always that effective.  I also prefer to buy environmentally friendly products, which is why I tried Natureclean.  When I read the label that said "just spray and walk away" I was very skeptical!  However, I tried it, and was amazed when it really worked!  I even tried it on some really old, unknown stains and those disappeared like magic as well.  I could hardly believe it.

You have no idea what it meant to me to find an EDTA free product line.  When I finally found out what was causing all the bumps, rashes, hives, it was like getting a whole new lease on life.  You really ought to consider advertising just how much EDTA can affect some people.  If you ever want to, I’m in, no charge.  Someone needs to say something because it can cause total havoc with your life.  I used to joke I was allergic to food and then I found EDTA in mayonnaise and canned beans and ....the whole grocery store was full of it.  Then I found organic mayo and beans had sea salt as their preservative instead.  Practically saved me from starving to death. (I’m joking of course, but hey, if EDTA does what it does on the outside when applied and washed off, what was it doing to my insides when I ate it and processed it thru all of my organs?

I think this product [Laundry Stain Remover]  is amazing.  Most of your other products are available in refills.  However, I can't find any refills for the laundry stain remover .  Are refills available?  Would be great if they are available  and also be more practical cost-wise for the consumer.  I would appreciate your response .  Thank you.

I have been trying to move towards a chemical free home.  One of the most challenging changes has been laundry detergent.  (My mother used Tide, and I have always used Tide, when I tried other brands I would react, and I hated that I knew what was in Tide).  I had tried a few other less/ non-chemical detergents, but I was just too sensitive to some of their ingredients.  Plus, I had noticed a friend who had changed to a chemical free detergent and had awful looking and stiff clothing – and she paid a bundle for the detergent.  Then I gave yours a try, a last chance.  I LOVE IT.  And imagine my surprise when I begun to use cloth diapers that your detergent was on the safe list.  I am so impressed with your product.  I have added oxygen bleach, and the all purpose cleaning lotion.  Thank you for making these products and my asthma and allergies thank you too.  Hopefully these steps I have taken will also help prevent asthma and allergies in my children as well, and who knows what other positive health effects your products will have in my family’s life.

I just wanted to say that we recently purchased a bottle of your 3X Concentrate Laundry Liquid which you recommended to me the last time I contacted you.  I have to say that I am extremely impressed with this product.  Not only are we using such a minimal amount but our clothes are actually coming out cleaner then with what we were previously using.  As a family I love that I can use your product on all of our clothes and do not have to worry about heavy fragrances and allergies acting up.  I feel good knowing that I am supporting a company that is looking out for their customer's and the environments best interestes.  So many laundry detergants are filled with phosphates, chemicals and are heavily perfumed and I know that people are afraid to switch to a natural brand because they think it will not be powerful enough...but they are wrong!  I am raving to all of my friends and family about your products and hope they will switch over soon as well.

I just had to let you know how wonderful your products are! I first fell in love with your au naturelle shampoo and conditioner, now your powder dish soap! I just moved into a new home a few weeks ago. It had been vacant for five months and the previous couple could not keep up with the daily cleaning. They were also extremely heavy smokers. I already had your "All Purpose Cleaning Lotion" in my arsenal, as well I picked up a few new all natural cleaners. Well I should have saved my money and stuck with Nature Clean. You will need to update your website, because the All Purpose Cleaning Lotion has single handedly cleaned the entire house. It was far, very far, from 'light duty' cleaning. It was the only product that could remove the nicotine and various stains from the walls. I'd just like to let you guys know that you've made a fantastic product and hope you keep it up :)

I don't normally gush about a product, but I just have to say I LOVE your Pet Stain & Odour Remover! I have 7 cats and 5 dogs, so use your product everyday and it's amazing! It completely removes stains and urine smell! My oldest cat has kidney issues and has accidents on my couch, in the past we've had to replace the couch, with your product my couch still smells good! It has removed fresh and old stains from hairballs, which normally never go away! It works great on blood stains, they just disappear! Price wise its the best value. And I received the most wonderful compliment the other day, a visitor told me that they couldn't believe I even had pets, there was no pet smell in my house! Don't ever change your product, it's perfect!
