Celebrate Father's Day the Clean Way

Though we show our love for our dads all year round, Father’s Day is one day that’s all about him. This year, show your appreciation for your dad in a fun, easy, and clean way. Here are some ways you can enjoy the day with your father and show him how much you care!

A BBQ Feast

All dads enjoy a good backyard barbeque. Your dad may be master of the grill the other 364 days of the year, but today, it’s your turn. Before you start cooking, clean up the grill with a natural cleaner & degreaser meant for outdoor use. A natural cleaner won’t leave behind any harmful residue that could stick to your food. If you’re grilling up some veggies to go with your meal, consider using a produce wash to ensure they are free of pesticides before you chow down. When the BBQ is over, don’t let your dad help with the clean up. Wash up the dishes yourself (in the dishwasher!) using a natural dishwashing detergent that will do the work for you - removing all of the baked-on BBQ sauce and grease.

Freshen Up Dad’s Sports Equipment

Whether your dad does karate, plays hockey, tennis, or golf, chances are he’s got some equipment that could use some freshening up. A fabric refresher is perfect to use on his gym bag, shoes, and other sports equipment to neutralize and destroy the stinky odours that linger around long after the workout. You might want to toss the spray into his bag so he can continue to keep his stuff fresh! A safe, natural air freshener will also help to make the room smell nice without the concern of breathing in nasty chemicals.

Wash His Car

Has it been a while since your dad washed his car, motorcycle, or RV? A freshly washed and detailed car is guaranteed to wow any dad on Father’s Day. Grab a few supplies from around the house and get busy washing, polishing, and vacuuming your dad's ride into tip-top shape. An ammonia-free glass and window cleaner will leave his car’s chrome fixtures, mirrors and glass streak-free, clean and shiny! Use a heavy duty degreaser to get rid of tough grease, dirt and grime that makes his ride dull-looking. Dad will appreciate all of your hard work when he sees how his vehicle sparkles without the nauseating chemical smell!

These natural and healthier clean ideas are sure to impress your dad and show him how special you think he is. Nature Clean® hopes all of the dads out there have a safe and happy Father’s Day!
